Icecrown DKP system (submitted by Sarayle at 01:26pm PST) Tank Priority - Primary tanks have loot priority, Secondary tanks have off-spec loot priority. Class Priority - Players pay tier 1 prices for stats weapons, and do so at lower priority than someone who uses the same weapon primarily. Example: A Hunter pays reduced cost for [Journey's End], but can not win said item over a Feral Druid. Same is said for Rogues/Warriors using Bows as stat weapons. DKP Award - 1 DKP awarded per encounter OR 2 DKP per hour progression content. First time kill bonus of 2 DKP (normal) & 4 DKP (heroic). Item Pricing - Each item is priced based on its quality and tier, heroic items cost twice the normal price. Example: Heroic One-handed Weapons cost 12(6x2) DKP, Normal One-handed Weapons cost 6 DKP. *In case of a tie, attendance is taken into account. Tier 5 12.5 DKP - Head, Chest, Legs, Two-handed Weapon, Ranged Weapon Tier 4 9.5 DKP - Shoulder, Hands, Waist, Feet Tier 3 7 DKP - Wrist, Neck, Back, Finger, Trinket Tier 2 6 DKP - One-handed Weapon, Off-hand Weapon, Shield Tier 1 4 DKP - Ranged, Idol, Wands, Stat Weapons Upgrades - You may upgrade an item as long as you have already purchased an item of the same slot (you have bought might legs and are upgrading to wrath legs), you pay the difference. Anyone wishing to upgrade does so at the same priority as anyone else. Example: a Normal One-handed Weapon can be upgraded for 12 additional DKP, at the same priority as someone paying full price (24). Offspec - You may offspec an item at no cost, at the lowest possible priority. Distribution will be round robin with priority given to those who dual role in raids (See: Tank Priority). Rogues, Hunters, Mages & Warlocks don't have an off spec. Probation - All applicants on trial and casual members will be considered on a semi loot probation. Officer Discretion - All of the above is subject to officer discretion.
